Chris has a clear vision for Rowlands. He aims to propel the company from a medium-scale operation into a large-scale one, making it an industry leader in the process. Chris plans to achieve this by investing in new machinery, technology, systems and processes to streamline operations and boost productivity. Another vital aspect of Chris' vision is to provide Rowlands' customers with quality products delivered on time, every time. By doing this, Chris wants to ensure that customers view Rowlands as a dependable partner in their business.

Chris Calvert
So after a varied nineteen years in the oil and gas industry, I found myself knocking on the door at Rowlands and I now have a role as general manager.
Cameron Johnston
Chris brings big project concepts and processes, very large scale gas projects, sort of big corporate type thinking. So I think Chris will help us as we evolve, taking those concepts and practices that we have in place and just putting more diligence, more rigour around the natural way we do business.
Chris Calvert
One of the key reasons why I've chosen Rowlands to work with is Cameron, Cameron Johnson, I had an impromptu meeting with him before Christmas last year, and what I thought was going to be a quick half an hour catch up ended up being a three hour discussion and we really delved into what Rowlands was about, what opportunities there were and I see there's huge potentials within Rowlands from working in the agricultural industry to working in the defence industry, because there's so many industry sectors that Rowlands are based in, there's no limits, basically.
Anne le Clercq
Chris the new general manager coming on board with his oil and gas background, he is bringing a lot of knowledge to the company. And he has other assets as well, as far as a weld inspector, quality, ISO nine. So I think him as a whole package will be really good for Rowlands and the next 10 years with what they've got coming ahead of them.
Chris Calvert
So I've been lucky enough to have a five month handover with Anne whose the current general manager at Rowlands. This has been a great time to understand how she has put the building blocks down for Rowlands and what I've got to work with, I believe we can make Rowlands sing in the next few years and really become a market leader and move Rowlands from being a small to medium sized business, to moving into the large business side of things.
Cameron Johnston
I think Chris will be a huge asset to our clients. As I see him develop through the business. Even in these early stages. I think our customers will be excited about having him pushing their products through the factory in a timely fashion. I see that as a major asset.
Chris Calvert
I'd like to thank our current customers who are working with Rowlands and have been for many years now. I'd like to continue working with you and building our relationships. I think we've got a long road ahead for all of our current customers and new customers, and Rowlands will continue to work with you to provide the best quality products we can on time.
