We are proud of this particular project as it is an excellent example of the capabilities of Rowlands Metalworks. Originally asked to 'supply' parts we quickly demonstrated that we could manufacture a more efficiently made and rugged unit. Once converted to a 3D model and manufacture the respective parts are painted and finally assembled ready to dispatch to an eagerly waiting adventurer.

Endoscopic Cleaning Station
Our client had to respond to a specific need from a major hospital.The brief was quite specific with the functionality that was required and the item had to be completed prior to the facility opening. Compounding the issues was that the client was in a different part of the country.Unusable requirements includedSink water volume....allowing for correct dosage of cleaning chemicals.Height adjustable.Use specified tape ware and air delivery nozzles. We commenced the project with a virtual team meeting. Bringing all the key stake holders together such that precious design time would not wasted on a misunderstood requirement.After two weeks the first drawings were sent to the client for initial review. A week later the revised drawings were resent for final approval.Production could commence immediately and external components ordered.The ultimate test for a project such as this is the final assembly. All components came together with not need for last minute fabrication or adjustment. This stems from understanding the brief well and committing that brief to our 3D drafting environment.

Rundle Mall Podium
The Rundle Mall Podium is the focal point for the rejuvenated Rundle Mall. A place to meet.Rowlands Metal works delivered 5 podiums over the length of the mall. Each as a bespoke shape and height. The challenge was to construct these in a timely fashion so the mall could be re-opened on time.The floor height was variable to each leg was a different.
